Your Key Responsibilities

• Support our staff in solving system problems
• Set up of notebooks for new employees as well as other hardware
• Manage physical infrastructure with a focus on building a professional and ordered environment
• Escalate IT problems to service partners and manage SaaS providers
• Assist in the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure projects including Azure AD, GSuite, Whatsapp Business API, etc.

Your Profile

• Apprenticeship as an IT specialist (system integration) or similar
• Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals (e.g. TCP/IP, UDP, MAC, Firewalling, Routing)
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical and structured thinking
• Competent knowledge in administration of Windows 10
• Azure AD, Gsuite and basic automation program is a plus
• Strong orientation on fields of service and support
• Fun guy to work with
